FLASHBACK FRIDAY: Creepy Rabbit

Warning! The pictures you are about to see are some of the most disturbing pictures you may have ever encountered.

Last Easter, my kids and I were enjoying a small Easter egg hunt in my parents backyard when this came walking around the corner.

We were all horrified. This has got to be one of the scariest Easter Bunnies that I have ever encountered. As I was wedging myself in between this hideous thing and my kids, the so called "bunny" took off his head to reveal its true identity.

It was my younger brother Joe. I had so many questions run through my head at that particular moment but I didn't even know where to start.

My younger brother and I are quite close, so it did not surprise me that he wanted to come and surprise my kids for Easter. This is the same brother that brought Halloween buckets full of candy and toys and left them on my kids beds while we weren't home, and signed them "From the ghost in your closet." It took me almost three weeks to convince my kids that there was not a ghost in their closet and if there were I highly doubted it would leave candy and toys on their beds.

Look at how the costume is slightly see through, and a little bit too tight. We laughed really hard at this. He told me that he needed to rent it for his work, and he thought he would make a few stops before he had to take it back. My brother is the P.R./marketing director for a rehab center, so I don't see where the costume came into play. It's not like he stands on the corner and waves people in for a $5.00 pizza, or somebody who needs your business at tax season. No, he makes appointments with health care facilities, Dr. offices, and other places of professional businesses. Go figure!

Anyway, I love my brother and all the crazy things he does for me. I just hope that he remembers that his kids are growing up and payback is fair play.

I'm thinking a visit from a leprechaun on St. Patrick's day who steals gold instead of leaves it would be a good one. You could steal all of his kids allowance money and leave a note that says "you'll have to find the pot at the end of the rainbow to get your gold back". Ha! That would get back at him for the ghost in the closet :)...or you could leave the kid's money and just steal it from your brother!

Andrea, that is the funniest thing ever. I love your brothers sense of humor. I can't stop laughing thinking about him just showing up and the buckets of candy on their beds from the ghost in their closet.
