FHE

I don't know how FHE goes down in your house, but in mine, I have a hard time getting through the lesson. Kameron loves to try and predict what I am going to teach, Hallee loves to raise her hand and scream out church answers that have nothing to do with the lesson. Greg just laughs at it all, even when he has the lesson, but this time was different.

We actually got through a lesson on eternal families. We talked about the Celestial Kingdom with such reverence I was in shock. We discussed the blessings of being sealed in the temple and why we should strive for it. We talked about dying here and seeing each other in heaven. We talked about what we would do once we got to heaven. I told my kids that I would run to them and give them a hug and tell them how much I loved them. Hallee expressed the same. Kameron said that he was going to find me and give me a snuggle and then he is going to find his dad and give him a wrestle. Oh Kam! I hope he never changes.

Although this FHE was a rare case where my kids actually listened. I still enjoy our FHE's that usually end in some sort of rowdiness and singing about pizzas growing on trees. LOVE IT!

And I just LOVE these guys! Forever and ever!

One good lesson makes the twenty exhausting ones seem worth it. It's so nice when they get it!
